The food was GOOD with a great selection of choice!

Planned to see Newport major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. All of the staff were nice, amicable. Location: the hotel was right by Newport, AR. Furthermore, in Dallas. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend.

The coffee pot didn't work, but the dark-themed room felt cozy and inviting.

We had a pleasant stay with plenty of towels from Shirley, who was super helpful and brought us extra just when we needed them. The outdoor pool was really refreshing on a hot day, and we enjoyed relaxing by it after our long drive. Just a heads up, the room could use a little more lighting, but overall, it was a nice experience 😊

great access to parks and local restaurants for city strolls

my family loved how close we were to the blue bridge center for the delta arts, just a short walk away, and mi pueblito mexican restaurant was only a few steps from our room, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the vibrant local culture.

Excellent place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember when staff assisted me with my late check-in. Highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

I had a nice stay, with a comfortable bed and clean room! The towels were fresh, and I loved having a fridge. Just wish the pool was open for my kids!

This place was a great match for a lightning stop in Newport with good value for money. My wife and I appreciated the coffee pot in our room, even if it didn't work well. Just be ready for some low water pressure in the shower.

Comfortable bed with friendly service

I appreciated the comfortable bed and the friendly staff who were quick to bring us extra towels when we needed them. The cleanliness could use improvement, as there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom upon our arrival. The breakfast options were also quite limited, offering only poor coffee and a few stale donuts.

The location was super easy to get to, and the double room with two double beds was really comfortable. Shirley was awesome and quickly brought us extra towels and a wastebasket. The kids loved the seasonal pool too!

Comfortable stay with issues

We stayed for a night and the bed was super comfy. Shirley was awesome and brought us extra towels since there were only 1 set for 3 people. The breakfast was kind of limited, just basic stuff. The room felt a bit dark and dingy, though. It was decent but there are some improvements needed.

The air conditioning worked well, and the room had a hairdryer and free toiletries. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Shirley at the front desk was super helpful, bringing us extra towels right away. Comfy beds for a family!
